How I Work

The four phases

From audit to post-launch checks

01

Audit & Map

I crawl the existing site and inventory every URL, its traffic, links and rankings. I then map each old URL to its destination, so nothing important is left without a plan.

02

Redirect Specification

I write exact redirect rules for your developers, one line per URL. Each rule includes the source, target, status code and the reason for the change, ready to build.

03

Staging QA

Before DNS changes, I test the redirects and key pages in your staging environment. I catch broken chains, missing targets and indexing issues while they are still cheap to fix.

04

Post-Launch Verification

After launch, I monitor crawl errors, indexation and traffic for 30 days or more. Anomalies are flagged straight away, with a clear fix list for your team.

Working with your developers

Dev-ready tickets, not vague advice

I work directly alongside your engineering team. Redirect rules arrive as ready-to-build tickets with examples, edge cases and acceptance checks, so there is less back-and-forth before launch.

You keep one point of contact throughout. I handle the SEO detail; your developers keep control of the build and the release.

Share your target launch date

Tell me when you plan to launch and I will show you how the four phases fit your timeline.
